I first met her at the local dog park in Long Beach. I admired her sincerity and kindness so I kept in contact with her. Anytime I was interested in looking for homes, Amy was always the person on my mind to go to. Her kindness allowed me to trust her in taking my  boyfriend and I on the home buying journey.

            Being a first time home buyer couple, it can be an intimidating to find people you trust but Amy has never made us feel like we could doubt any of her opinions.

If we had any questions we felt like were dumb, she always assured us that they weren’t. She explained every single process thoroughly and made sure we understood. 

            When we found a property that we loved, we were provided similar homes sales to references so we could make an informed offer. In addition, she was also able to get us a $900 seller credit towards repairs even after the seller insisted on selling the property “as-is” with no repairs!

            After closing, she always reminded us that if we had any questions in the future to never hesitate to contact her.
